Sam Bankman's Release From Jail

Sam Bankman was remanded to custody after violating his bail conditions. He will remain in jail until his trial in October at least and possibly well beyond that. Sam's lawyers have argued he was not attempting to discredit a witness, but just to respond to a toxic media environment which he says unfairly portrays him as a villain.
