Breathing through your mouth is something that, it's one of the first things we get people to change. Your tongue is actually a postural muscle as well. It's not just for tastingand and talking, it's also for positioning. Youre correctly positioning your tongue will reduce tension and stress on the back of your neck and shoulders.
