What Happens if Hunter Biden Throws Out His Plea Deal?

Biden can withdraw his guilty plea because the guilty plea is based on a plea deal. Judge may be mistaken, but what the order says is she went and asked the clerk's office, Hey, what did the lawyer who called you say? And according to the order she entered, that's what made her enter the order to show cause why Hunter Biden's lawyer should not be sanctioned. I have in nearly 30 years of practicing law, never seen an order like this. If you're Hunter Biden's lawyers right now, you are freaking out. And if you're the Biden DOJ desperately wanting to protect the guy, you're freaking out.
