There are legitimate questions about whether the administrative cost of, like, all this bureaucratic paper work is actually cheaper than getting some people off the rolls there. And then there are also questions about how politically sustain programms are when they're universal. The thinking basically is that if everybody in the us. Is benefiting from this programme, then, like, everybody's going to support it and that's better than low income people supporting it. That kind of comes into conflict with the fact that medicade is definitely a means tested programme mainly for low people and people th disabilities,.
