Navy was pretty upset about all these leaks, and so was the judge. They came up with a plan to put a little bit of software on an email that would have some leakable material on it. The defence team immediately spots this tracking software. So whatever was leaking was leaking from the defence side, at least in that case. It's worth noting that the stuff that got sent out did get leaked.
