Is There a Moment of Silence in the Group?

I definitely am very aware when I'm in groups. My former co-worker said I had a spidey sense. So I often am very aware of like what's happening in the room dynamic. But there are times I feel like things that I do my exclude others from the group as well. And it's based on experience sometimes I have to pull myself back and not to inject myself too much into it.
