Are Community Housing Places a Good Idea?
I feel like we should ask my mum about this because she did this. She's a mother of four children and there was a time where she was definitely on Centrelink, not the disability pension necessarily. We were in a situation where we were on a waiting list for a community housing place. And that waitlist can be five, ten years long. You have to wait for so long. So I'm not too sure if our community member is in a fixed lease or if they're in a community housing house,. But it wouldn't hurt to put your name down for something like that. 100%
