The Business of Medicine Is Not Enough
Doctors get paid per office visit in the normal system. They don't get paid to set around and talk on the phone or emal or text meges with patients. I structured my sness so that i can meet people where they are when they need to be seen. My entire ic has run with me and a nurse. So my overhead is very, very low. It's very high tech and very leanand i do it because i structure the payment so i can do those services.
