Trichomonasis: A Common Non-Viral STI Worldwide
Trichomoniasis is the most prevalent non-viral STI worldwide. The majority of people who have trichomoniasis, up to over 80%, either have minimal or no genital symptoms. In men presentations can include urethritis, epidermitis, prostatitis and vaginal discharge. On pelvic exam, you might find what's been described as a strawberry appearing cervix.
