Do You Know How Many Calories You're Eating a Day?
You have to be eating about six thousand calories a day to get recovered from full blown texas method. And it's not productive if you're not going to do that. If i were an intermediate lifter, i would do the four days split. That is the most productive way for an intermediate lifer to train after the age of about 25.
