The Proliferation of the Administrative State

As the administrative state proliferated, three letter agencies from SEC to FTC to TSA to FDA, I mean, the alphabet soup goes on. So then what happens is Congress passes these budgets. They don't know what they're passing. That is how the deep state wins. And so the way I would run the federal government if the people in this country put me in that position is to say we will actually be humble about this. We can't spend a dollar unless Congress gives us permission to, but we're going to ask for permission.
