The Importance of Institutions in Contracts

Stirner does not believe that property has anything to do with owning things. The particularity of any two people in a contract is preserved in the thing in the institution which adjudicates the contract. And therefore he does not fulfill, he doesn't believe in what Hegel calls rights. He would have no reason to call for an insurrection because he would be within the ethical substance and the custom of his world.
