George Townward's Opposition to the Subpoena
When he filed the objection to the subpoena, he said that he would take this to the Supreme Court. Now he's saying they're sorting it out and reviewing whether or not they're going to appeal. Do you think an appeal to theSupreme Court would be advantageous to him? It would certainly delay things. Well if delay is in his interest, he can do it. And he might help to get one or two justices. I mean, it's interesting the court's a new ball game right now.
