Is There a Trend of Inflation Declining?

I think it's sible to think that we end the year plus or minus eight % from where we are right now. We're seeing a reallocation way people spend, and that's just fighting its way out. I'm not looking for the marketst have a major yo all of a sudden. Sure if inflation goes to nine cent in the numbers that we see, that will happen. All i'm saying is that the risk wevward right?
