How to Breathe in and Out of Sitting

I'm wondering if you could lead us all in a practice of some kind. And we want to begin by taking a few deeper in and out breaths. So the belly is expanding, so we're using a full capacity of our lungs. Just noticing that there's certain parts of the body that are making contact with the surfaces. We just want to breathe through the nose, breathing in and experiencing the entire body.
