What's the Value at of the Layers?

Leaders are realizing the importance of this and starting to push down. At the same time you have employees demanding a different kind of work, contract pushing up. I feel it just squeeze. A lot of the squeeze is probably going to happen at that anpermafros layer of yo - senior middle management. And i don't know how much room there is for layers whose homely job is t kind of push the power point up or down.
