Taking a Little Step Back - Resilient Skills

This noticing sense of self or awareness that you can practise with a meditation. And its always by reigning in the excesses of analytical, judgmental language. The metaphor i give it's like putting your nose on a painting and then having somebody ask you, what's the painting about? You're not going be able to say very much. But if you can step back a couple of feet, you can appreciate it, notice it. Same thing with your bodily sensations, with your emotions, same thing with your urges and predispositions. So these are some of the skills i calli flexibility skills, resilient skills. E you could say we've identified and they start with this kind of witnessing
