How to Outsource Bitcoin Payments to Yourself

I'm effectively working as a Bitcoin payment service provider to the pub company. I didn't want the pub company to be taking a risk on Bitcoin. We're doing about £1,000 a month through Bitcoin - but it's still a very, very small part of our business. So far the one in Hackney has the most Bitcoin use.
