My dad is a yoger professional, a mistra of yogart riht, whisperer, shaman. Call it whatever you want. He's a pro were you were you, it was your house, just a hundred % home made yogert. The story goes that when my when ysni wer born his grandmother taught him how to make yogert. Since the nineties, he has kept that yogr going, like even on a ton when we go on vacation, he freezes it so that he doesn't lose it. Some are given as wedding presents. Similar to nukae japanese, the rice bran pickle that some are a hundred years
