You Bless Your Neighbor With a Loud Voice Early in the Morning
In Acts chapter 7, Stephen tells the story of his martyrdom and speech. In Proverbs 27, Verses 14, he who blesses his neighbor with a loud voice rising early in the morning will be counted as cursing. And basically here is Stephen saying, don't harden your hearts. You are uncircumcised in hearts and ears; you resist the Holy Spirit.
