Product Councils - What's the Cross Section of the Organization?
The way that we run our product councils are primarily through docs and a silent read meeting. We use goggle dock so you can respond to comments while everyone' silently reading. At the end of the silent re period, the p m summarizes the discussion, and then there's a free flowing conversation around where do we go from here? So the p m leads the conversation, but there's input from every single part of the ormost parts of the organization.
