The Word Playfulness in Personal Development

The word I try to think of more often is playful with writing for sure, but also in these things we're talking about. The opposite of playful is ego, actually, you know, your story is no good and you react with shame. That's back to ego. You're just saying, I'm so great that I'm worthy of big shame. But if you were not so much centered in yourself, that would lead you to a more playful thing like, Oh, this story is interesting. This story is kicking my butt a little bit. Ha ha. Isn't that a privilege to be in relation to this difficult story?
