How to Save Time and Money as a Teacher

When you start doing this, again, it's just like the hiring thing. You know, we say like, oh, you always hire too late if you're a business. Everybody does this too late. And when you do it, it makes such an enormous cognitive difference, even if it isn't saving you huge numbers of hours. I just know that there are things that I don't really enjoy doing. That somebody else might. But after a while, the farm wears off some of these tasks and now I don't need to do them anymore.
