You're Selling Equity to a Start Up, Right?
It's common for v c back start ups to offer stock options, but there are many other types of businesses that do not offer any type of stock options. What you're selling int i on't usethe word selling here as a hiring manager or recruiter is equity. And it's the job of the employee to really try and make a determination about quality of opportunity. It's something i know we'll probly talk a little bit more about, but, ah, bottom line is that it's, it's, a selling advantage that early stage companies can use.
