Is It OK That Companies Die?

I was thinking the other day about this, like, you can't create a company culture by writing something on the wall. And it's really hard to change who you are once you get to a certain size, right? That bet's already been made, so to speak. I think thet one thing is, it's ok that companies die, like companies are dying a lot faster they are. But as human beings involved in our economy, maybe it's OK that companies die and get kind of rebuilt.
