When i was on my flight, i did my quarterly review. And we talked about meetings and how they have to be optional,. well prepared and regular. Am the one thing that it's really important before you do a meeting with anyone, write it up first for them. Give them a chance to read it first. Irsits on the eye, pat but it is glorious.
