The Transnational Judiciary Dialogue on Climate Change
There is a balance to be struck and immediate in taking into account the views of the UN Member States. But at the same time, I think it's also important to acknowledge that we have reached the point in time where positions are perhaps not so conflicting anymore as I would have been in the past. And this is already going on at the domestic level. So we see domestic or international law being interpreted in connection with climate change by domestic courts all around the world.
