The Transformation of Mindfulness

The transformation was learning how to respond to adversity in a way that a roadblock becomes a step in stone. It's coming from the premise that we have this tremendous potential, unlimited potential inside of each one of us. If you don't embrace it like I talk about my book, then you won't be able to find the flow and you won't discover success on a high level consistently. That can be accessed, that can be developed, but only you can develop it. And to the degree that you develop it, that will be expressed in your ability to express yourself fully and creatively.
