This is a priceless book. It was translated by a monk, Adam Monastery, from the original writing of a monk who lost his tongue and right hand fingers in hand because of the insights in this book. He's one of the capidosian fathers, St. Maximus. And nowadays you might not lose a tongue or fingers or a hand, but you would lose credibility on a social media platform. But I think it's worth noting how patterns repeat themselves through history. Temptation are temptations are temptations.
