I love the idea that you're emphasizing like the importance of reverse engineering a position. Yeah, I found that my guard retention didn't get as good as it is now until I started really taking a year to focus really heavily on passing. And once I understood how my guards getting passed because I'm just taking that information from my own knowledge, like, okay, this is how I pass guard. So now I can see specifically what they're doing to pass mine and allows me to depend better. You need some essential skills and you can learn those even though you may not apply them. This doesn't have to be on the application level. It just needs to be onthe know how level
