How to Make an Iron Man Heads Up Display

i was trying to make one of those iron man heads up displays like in the helmet and i recommended over to andrew sing because they had one like back in the day. I remember doing it and like mine did not look good but within that i mean i didn't know after effects prior so i guess i should clarify i wanted to do this thought it was neat  and then i would stay up super lit my parents are divorced so i'd go to my dad's house and he'd go to bed and i'd stay up super late and i'd sit on our family computer in the living room and i would watch his HUD tutorial.
