"I'm a big believer in like simple things. I just figure Warren Buffett had a great model except add media," he says. "So we have we have a strategy deck that's like, what are the need to believe for this to be true? So one is that Alex can gain a social media following. And so if that's true, then we will get an increasing amount of deal flow in both quality and quantity."
