In minnesota, the ethic, the cultural ethic, don't not be nice. Don't cause problems. So they'll put it up, but they won't ask you, they won't confront you. But they also are relying on customers or underlings to do it for them. Obviously it's different in a place like new york, right where were that guy got arrested. They're more than happy to yell at each other thet do and get violent.
