How to Get to Sleep
Regular physical activity can help reduce fatigue, yes, by improving sleep. Those who have not been physically active for some time should introduce exercise gradually. We use a lot of energy working, but often we're sitting and our physical bodies are not doing anything all day, and then we can't sleep. And so exercise can very much help you get to sleep. It will improve your sleep a lot. Some people e if they exercise at night, then that mi cause problems for sleeping, cause it energizes you suddenly. But ya, you do nean to use your body some and this will encourage relaxation.
