There's no and fast definition for what social support looks liken what best practice is. You need to understand the broader context of the organization you're looking at, because maybe it's not an issue at all. I think that's a really important factor. Can somebody have high job demands, but they, you now, have control of their work lone and when they do it, so it's absolutely fine. Thay, they work really well with that.
