The Importance of Product Oriented Thinking
The first release is the hardest and so cut scope if you must, but get it out there. We are big believers in working software. It's hard when you have a certain job function and when you need to keep the trains running on time or the ships running on time to also be thinking about innovation. The short-term payoff of having those things run on time is in some ways a blocker for going into another lane and thinking about the open seas.
