I Think It's a Good Idea
I think it's a good idea, because there're so many people in the world who have transition to a new role. And so if you have the type of culture where you can trial it with kind of less pressure and stick to what you want to do,. If as an option, i think that's great, just for people not making rash decisions just ecause it might look good on a resume. I would be curious how this would be executed, because my concern at first, when i initially heard this, is like, ok, what about the the people who you would be managing? How would they adjust?
