The Importance of Creative Engagement in Branding

At Givka, you did a lot in house rather than bring agencies in to do that for you. The reason I brought it in house is twofold. One is a cost element, which is like instead of paying the pay in it or whatever it might be, I can take that money and use it elsewhere. But ultimately, it's down to the principle that I believe that the people that are responsible for the brand should be creatively involved. So they shouldn't outsource the responsibility for the creative of that brand. It just opened up more options to us and we felt that was the right decision.
