I buy paperback versus ebook and I figured it probably is more skewed towards paperback because at the $20 mark for an ebook you're getting the lower royalty. Amazon tries to incentivize authors to price the ebook version between $2.99 and $9.99 and that's the sweet spot where they give you a 70% royalty anything above that so if it's less than $ 2.99 or more than $9. 99 you only get like a 35% royalty or something like that.
