No Leverage

The no s b ir program as a whole, i think, has some issues withothe cinof types of companies that no leverage boog. But all the tools and pieces are there to leveragea e programmen in a way where you're not sitting in it,. You're using it as kind of means to an end. The budgeting cycle is probably the biggest one. I don't think there's actually an acquisition problem. There's may be a little bit of a tural thing, ah, in terms of kind of management, middle management especially, kind of working, working with the tools that are there and available. And then, o, you have to go early on
