Is There a Hierarchy?

The idea that you have no hierarchy, and you justa the debate is very powerful. The world has a praise now, that's called data driven decision making. Most decisions are made based on emotions. They are not based data driven analysis. But even if we are all emotional beings, we quan mathematicians, engineers are to the right side of the rationality spectromite. We tend to be a bit more rational than average, i would imagine. So the plied hierarchy and the decision by debate and decision by somewhat consensus still appealed.
