Sally Kohn: I really appreciated what you wrote about the value of holding multiple and potentially conflicting ideas in your head. One way I sometimes do this is, is almost by creating internal characters and then assigning each one with a different kind of model or a different idea. But it's, it's inherently hard. And it's really kind of against our natural instincts. So I'm curious, what are some of the ways that you have deconditioned yourself to being open to holding more or multiple points if you want? She says she often asks herself "What would I advise someone else now if I take myself out of myself?"
