The Eucharist Is God's Body and Blood

The christian religion is the only religion established on the basis of a divine oath. All religions have divine oaths in this sense that we swear oaths to god. But only in the jewish scriptures and in the fulfilment of the christian new covenant do we have god swearing the oath. For the first time in history, with the new covenant, god is the covenant in his human nature. God is not done in history until he is with us, until he is one of us.
