Are Tariffs a Point of Leverage?

Inlitiar research, how do you think about a phase two? And more importantly, how do we think about the future of tariff as a weapon or a tool for both baging in the united states. The final question, but actually the sowat question, is if one of the hoped for outcomes on the us side was that the imposition of tariffs would forct companies to rethink their operations in china. We still have the tariffs in place. There's no real concerted force here in the united States to get rid of the tariffs.
