C i c administrators are the last people to be noticed of a problem in an organization. Usually they are under pressure, who have their piplane broken and get very hungry. We wanted to provide tools to help them understand if problems is impacting just one or everybody here. It was a good match with the problem that observability is solving at the moment with micro services architectures.
