Is There a Baseline?
A lot of times these materials are either not resilient enough for everyday living, depending on how the person lives. Or they require maintenance anyway on their own just to upkeep their life. For some people, they don't want to have to put up with that. By the way, specifically, there are ways to treat marble, so they become much more resilient. But they're their coatings, essentially, getting hyper-detailed. So it comes back to maintenance skin.
