The Role of Staff in Creating Community
Our staff are everything. Engaging with everyone in our community, you know, they don't necessarily have to be customers. It's not limited to people who come through the doors and pay for a cup of coffee. That's pretty important to us. And inspiring stories, heartwarming stories of that spirit of localness in the cafe. We work with her sometimes donating some food. She takes the coffee and coffee grounds and then puts it in the community garden.
