The supply of highly accurate, fairly long range rocket systems has absolutely changed the terms of engagement. Ukraine is now able to hit russian ammunition centres, logistic centres and commander control at considerable distance. This is a key the russians can only use highly inaccurate artillery and rockets against civilian targets. Essentially, they can't reliably hit any military ones. The west needs to just keep on doing that. And i think that is what's happening. So they are doubling down in the west. And they need to continue to do that.
