The Rich Are Better Hackers Than the Poor
In the computer world, we normally associate hacking with the counterculture. In fact, organizations like the NSA are the most powerful hackers on the planet because they have the expertise in the budget. And also, the rich are better at normalizing hacks. Human hacks are discovered by the poor. They tend to get patched pretty quickly. The IRS, if you find a way to not pay tax, it's likely going to be corrected pretty quick. If you're wealthy and you do, you have more of an ability to make that permanent. That is something that still exists because of intense lobbying.
