When i had an agency, i did not have a formal process. But i remember several of my competitors had formal processes and they even trade marked their process. One of my competitors was about the same size of me, aso my company, but he, he formalized his process. He actually got sold for a higher amount because they also quod anqo boght the process. If you ask yourself what it is you need to do to grow, it's probably the thing you're avoiding and you're afraid to write down.
